ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Stefani Blazevic has over seven years of experience intalent attraction and HR

During her career, Stefani has had several speaking engagements to discuss current HR issues, talent, and employer branding with the University of Toronto, the Rotaract Club, Cadillac Fairview, and Toronto Jobs.

Having an entrepreneurial spirit from her early days, from opening a painting business to a cupcake catering business, Inflo HR Ltd. has been her goal since starting on the agency side of recruitment.

She is a leader in the talent attraction space conducting over 12,000 interviews during her time and placing over thousands of employees. She believes in putting people first and strategy second.
